Better Fabric Begins at The Root.
Every Noble piece begins in Peruvian soil and ends in skilled hands. Made with GOTS-certified organic cotton, hand-picked and responsibly crafted from farm to factory.

Why We Make Clothes
Fashion got faster, cheaper, and more disposable and the cost showed up everywhere: on people, on the land, and in the loss of true craft. After the Rana Plaza collapse in 2013, our founder, Jen Long, couldn’t unsee it.
So Noble was built differently.
We start at the root. Organic cotton grown in Peru and carry that care through to our family-run factories in Lima. Fewer shortcuts, better materials, real relationships.
This is clothing made to last by people who are respected, paid fairly, and able to thrive.
· GOTS Certified Organic Cotton · 100% hand-harvested · up to 50% less water · Vertical supply chain

Hand-Picked. Organic. Traceable.
The Farm
Our story begins with small farming families in Peru, growing GOTS-certified organic cotton, nurtured without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, and picked entirely by hand. Grown along Peru’s dry coastal climate, this cotton is naturally drought-tolerant and requires significantly less water than conventional cotton, which often depends on heavy irrigation.
Hand-harvesting protects the land, preserves the cotton’s long, silky fibers, and ensures only the ripest bolls are chosen. The result: fabric that’s softer, stronger, and made to last.
We source through Peru’s pioneering organic cotton supplier. For over 40 years, they’ve helped small farmers transition away from conventional cotton, providing seeds, training, and reliable purchase commitments so families can farm with dignity.

From Fiber to Fabric
The Mill
A few hours from the fields, our hand-picked cotton arrives at the mill where it's spun into yarn and knit into the buttery-soft fabric Noble is known for.
This is where the Pima & Tanguis difference becomes tangible. The long staple fiber preserved by hand-harvesting produces a fabric that's naturally softer, stronger, and more durable than conventionally grown cotton. Clothes that hold their shape, wash after wash, year after year.

Color With a Conscience
The Dye House
This is where the color comes to life.
We use GOTS-approved reactive dyes, the gold standard for organic cotton. The color bonds deep into the fiber (not just sitting on top). The result: rich, lasting color without the harmful stuff.
Better for you, better for the people making it, better for the waterways nearby.
By next year, 90% of dye house water will be recycled.
And every piece is pre-washed and pre-shrunk, so what you see is exactly what you’ll live in. No surprises, just really good clothes.

Where Craft Meets Care
The Factories
The final stop is our family-run factories in Lima, where skilled artisans cut, sew, press, and finish every Noble garment by hand. These are craftspeople who have perfected their work over generations, operating under fair wages and safe working conditions, verified by us on every visit.
As we grow, so do they, expanding their teams and training new makers from the local community, creating opportunities where they didn’t exist before.
"We know the people who make your clothes by name. That's what makes Noble different."

The Promise Behind Every Piece
The tag says GOTS Certified Organic Cotton. What it doesn't say is everything behind it. The farming families in Peru, the hands that picked each boll, the artisans who sewed the final stitch. We put it on recycled paper because the whole point is to leave less behind. Buy less. Wear it longer. Know where it came from.
